This picture has been widely distributed across the Internet, resulting in much speculation that the Old Yankee was responsible.
These rumors are totally unfounded and false. The Old Yankee didn't do it, wasn't involved, wasn't anywhere in the area, did not provide any advice or directions, does not know the location or the people, doesn't know when it happened, doesn't know how it happened, and has witnesses. The Old Yankee also doesn't know anything about the brown stains on the forklift seat.
